"Triumphant" Chickpea Quiche with Broccolini

Cast-iron chickpea quiche with kalamata olives, tomatoes and red onion. Served with broccolini, kale, quinoa and garlic tahini. KEEP REFRIGERATED. Remove lid - DO NOT HEAT WITH LID. Set *tahini sauce aside. Heat in microwave (60-90 sec, high) or, remove from container and heat on stove. Stir & repeat as needed until temperature reaches 165F. Add desired amount of tahini sauce to serve. *All of tahini sauce incl in macros listed.
