No matter how you want to start eating better, we have you covered. We offer a variety of delicious meal options, including dietary-specific meals such as Mediterranean Diet, paleo, vegan, Whole30, and keto-friendly. We deliver our meals twice a week to ensure that they’re always fresh, and you can order as many as 12 meals for each delivery day. Our risk-free subscription makes it easy to pause or cancel your meals at any time.
Use our filters to explore our menu. By default, our meals never include any gluten, dairy or refined sugars. Every week, we’ll ask you to rate your meals. Based on your ratings and previous selections, we'll pre-slot meals for you every week. Your welcome to edit these meals. Just remember to do so by Thursday at midnight of every week.
Once you place your order, our chefs get to work shopping and prepping your meals. They work hand-in-hand with our dietitians to make sure that our meals don’t just taste good but are also really good for you. We use only healthy fats, clean proteins, and lots of sustainably harvested, seasonal produce. We pay attention to the macros, count the carbs, and figure in the fiber. The only thing you need to think about is what you’re going to do with the extra time in your day.
