Territory Hearts The Defined Dish

“Hi guys!” she said warmly as she approached our table with a big ‘ol smile that could solve world peace. Alex Snodgrass, founder and empress of The Defined Dish, met me and my teammate for coffee while we were visiting our Dallas team.

At that point, we only knew her by reputation and little time we spent on her website perusing her thoughtfully curated content. We expected a great conversation about all things Whole30 and Dallas. But as soon as she sat down at our table, our expectations were already exceeded.

During our conversation, we heard witty stories about her family, learned about how she grew her super popular recipe/lifestyle blog, and soaked up her wisdom on health and wellbeing in Dallas. We chatted about our aligned missions and the great joy we all receive from supporting personal health journeys. By the end of our conversation, it felt like the beginning of a truly special collaboration.

Given Alex’s kitchen talents, we couldn’t think of a better way to serve both our audiences than by filling their bellies with one of her all-time favorite Whole30 recipes.

And so it was. Just a few months after our initial meeting, we introduced one of Alex’s most popular recipes, Mongolian Beef to our DFW menu (her recipe with our local chefs on assembly duty).

This sort of move was a first for both of us, so we weren’t certain what the response would be like.

Now, due to popular demand, we’re THRILLED to announce that — just in time for the January Whole30 — Alex’s famous Whole30 Approved Mongolian Beef dish is now available in all the cities we serve.

Whole30-ing or not, this is a meal you’ll dream about. Enjoy!

And if you don’t already, follow her on Instagram. Trust me, you’ll be so glad you did.
